I read your letter where you stated there was an acknowledgement that no deaths have resulted from raw milk produced in the United States but that the CDC has so far not made any corrections to their public data stating otherwise.

You may advise them via registered return receipt mail that all government agencies are required to comply with the Federal Data Quality Act which requires deleting bad information from the public domain so that only good data is used in making decisions.

Perhaps the threat of legal action and public awareness of non-compliance with the law will get them to do what they should have done a long time ago. I had a similar issue with the FAA. Government is supposed to be of help to its citizens, ours is failing in many ways to represent the interests of the people it claims to represent.
