It cannot be legally marketed through stores, but can be legally bought directly at farms. I buy our milk at an organic farm a few kilometres away. According to the law, they have a sign hanging there that says “Boil raw milk before consumption.” Of course we don’t.

I have been wanting to introduce raw milk in our school and the cook agrees it would be a great thing. However, we have not yet figured out a way how to do that legally. But at least the milk in school is whole milk and organic.
