It is a “certificate of registration” from the State Chemist Section of the Maryland Department of Ag to sell a commercial pet feed. Before the Bowen farm obtained their certificate, 2 other farms (one in PA, one in CA) held certificates to sell raw milk in Maryland (I obtained this information from the State Chemist office).
