Sally Fallon Morell replies: NO, NO, NO, do not use pasteurized milk. It is very allergenic, difficult to digest and the nutrients are far less available. Thank goodness you have a source of raw milk! It is the safest thing for your baby.

I don’t know of any studies. Usually farmers give some alfalfa in the winter because it helps the cow produce more milk
