You should start slow with the milk–just a couple of spoonfuls, and then build slowly. The milk should be at room temperature. You can build up to 1 quart per day if the child likes it. (Camel milk would be very expensive at these amounts.) I am guessing you should see improvements within 2-3 weeks.

Other dietary changes that would be helpful is to eliminate processed food/sugar, and feed lots of eggs, bone broth, meat, and give cod liver oil and occasional liver.

I would take your next vacation there and try it for a week and see how much he improves in that time.

If the milk is raw, no limitation. I would not give pasteurized camel milk–much better to give raw milk from cows or goats.

Here’s a response from Sally Fallon Morell: I don’t think there would be much good in the powdered camel milk. Autistic children often benefit from raw milk–could be camel, cow or goat.
