Raw Whole milk, fully refrigerated, well past “mildly sour” stage.
is it still OK to eat?
I couldn’t find this question, specifically, answered.

THANKS!

That’s a great add on to this article. Someone brought up on raw milk. I am replying from the UK. I was born in 1950 and as I recall raw milk was quite common in the 50s then something called the Food and Drugs act came along in 1955 then pasteurised milk became the norm. Post war years when everything was protected for our own good right? Interference of the State with ignorance in abundance more like. I do hope you found your dairyman.

There have been studies done that indicate that raw milk can help alleviate Crohn’s disease in some people, and on this page you’ll find a testimonial that it has helped one of our site visitors.

Thanks!

THERMODURICS and CELL COUNTS unpasteurized and from healthy cows must be one of natures healthy foods ,we are fortunate that our Creator gave us the environment to produce an abundance of it .I enjoyed reading the article on the health benefits of drinking unpasteurized milk Regards john
