We for years were able to buy at least 6 gallons of raw milk per week all in gallon jars. This man had at least 5-6 cows. We bought his cream in gallon jars he had a mechanical cream separator which made the cream so heavy / thick it was a mayonnaise texture.We then allowed it to sour and we made the best tasting butter you can imagine.
