Some states only allow the sale of raw milk as animal feed (the farmer’s intention is to offer raw milk for the purpose of feeding animals). Meanwhile, no states have laws against drinking raw milk. Whether those human animals who legally buy from farmers selling raw milk as animal feed are then legally drinking that raw milk, is more than I know.
