Every State government has adopted the proprietary-based jurisdiction of the “United States” government in their State Constitutions. Therefor people need to know what the proprietary limits are or they do not have the land-based “standing” in these arguments. When the Constitution of September 17th, 1787 is seen in its proper light (within the context of the other Organic Laws) then the limits of the “proprietary-based jurisdiction of the ‘United States’ government” can be seen consisting of the property that is actually owned by government and under government’s exclusive legislative authority. In other words – Lawful State government authority is just as limited in its jurisdiction as the United Sates Congress is (and described in Art I, Sec 8, Clause 17) and all apparent “evidence” to the contrary is truly indicative of the expansion of government beyond the proprietary limits set forth in written law. But until the American people recover their true “Organic Laws” heritage they will believe what government claims as its authority – even where it is not authorized by the people!

Going to buy some for yourself feels like you are going on a dope run. In South Carolina, It’s all cool. Buy all ya want.

What I have seen are bills for additional legislation regarding the sale of fresh drinking milk. These bills will not put raw milk in our supermarkets and will only make direct farm sales more difficult.

It is silly to think that any food could actually be illegal to sell to people who wish to buy it. It is the states responsibility to make sure the people get the food they are looking for, not to force them to buy what producers want to sell.

What we have are illegal de facto bans on the sale of fresh milk. This is done by bogus interpretations of statutes, ignoring question, ignoring the letter and intent of the law, and or by making up nonexistent laws. In Wisconsin the state already has the ability and the responsibility to properly interpret cure exemptions and to write exceptions for anyone else wishing to sell raw milk to people who want to buy it from them.
